Materials for Rhode Island School of Design's Commencement 2007 included an invitation, envelope, informational booklet and ceremony program. The RISD education emphasizes dialogue and cross-discipline exploration. To represent this experience, we wove RISD’s official typefaces together to create new forms. The characters "risd2007" weave through the pages, switching between positive and negative ground.
